Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and undamaged
  • All returns require prior approval from our support team

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized paintings
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exception: Custom artwork may still qualify for replacement or refund if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We cover return shipping costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide clear photos showing the issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Free replacement artwork
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Return Process

  2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service

Important: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

No restocking fees apply.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase
  • After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom artwork already in production
