Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and undamaged
- All returns require prior approval from our support team
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized paintings
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Exception: Custom artwork may still qualify for replacement or refund if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We cover return shipping costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please provide clear photos showing the issue
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Free replacement artwork
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Return Process

- Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping service
Important: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
No restocking fees apply.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom artwork already in production
